Module1 How to learn English Unit1

Let’s try to speak English as much as possible.(1) 教材分析

1.语言知识: 1)话题:如何学英语,与实际学习密切相关,学生十分熟悉。 2) 功能: 掌握提出建议的表达方式, 如 We/You should…; Let’s try to…;Why not…; Why don’t we/you…; Don’t forget…; It’s a good idea to …; How about…? 3)重点词汇:correct, spelling, practice, meaning, sentence, dictionary, letter, look up, mistake, make a mistake, understand, advice, should, write down, notebook, forget, main。 2.语言技能: 1) 水平:听力材料包含一段 170 词左右的对话,播放速度适中。 2)技能:听的四级要求听懂接近正常语速、熟悉话题的语段,识别主题,获取主要信息。 3.课文内容: 介绍如何学好英语的建议。 4. 学习策略: 培养学生逻辑分析能力,与同学共享学习策略的能力,以及交流学习心得体会的策略。 学情分析 本课是开学第一节课,经过一个假期,学生还没有马上投入学习状态,因此教师可以从“暑假” 这个话题导入,并鼓励学生大胆用英语表达,当学生在表达上遇到困难时,教师可以引导他们思考与 英语学习有关的方法建议,进入新课的学习。 授课对象是初二实验班的学生,有一定的口语基础和强烈的表达欲望。两个班共有 54 名学生,90% 的学生已经学过 5 年英语,其中 70%的学生学习英语兴趣浓厚,学习英语方法比较强恰当。 从知识储备讲,学生通过学习初一一年的学习,已基本掌握了学习英语的好方法,并在初一下册学 过简单的提建议说法,这对本模块如何学好英语的学习学习会发挥正迁移作用;从学习策略角度分析, 本节课是一个很好的为学生提供交流学习英语心得的机会。 本课的难点在于通过听来获取信息处理信息,而且本课生词也较多,教师在课前可以借助拼读法 来指导学生识读新单词,为学生在课上的听力活动顺利进行奠定基础。 教学目标 Knowledge aims:Students will be able to: 1. read the key vocabulary and key structures correctly. 2. understand the conversation about how to learn English. 3. say some advice about how to learning English. Ability aims: Students will be able to 1. get specific information while listening to the dialogue. 2. say some advice on how to learn English by using the structures properly. Moral aim: After this lesson, the students will know how to communicate with others properly and be ready to help others.

小听力活动,教 师讲清楚听力的 策略,明确信息 获取的对象。本 听力活动所培养 的是学生对主题 的关注能力和获 取心结信息的能 力。 听的过程遵循学 生认知规律循序 渐进地设计了初 听选择—再听判 断—重听几下主 要信息的系列活 动,既训练了学 生的听力技能, 又为听后的语言 输出做了充分准

You need to understand every word. 7.Try to find some English pen friends. 3.【Discourse listening】 Ask students to listen for the third time and try to take notes while listening. 2. Listen again and check the true sentences.

Step 3 Postlistening

1.【Read after the tape】 Ask students to listen and read after the tape to practice pronunciation and intonation.

1. Follow the tape and imitate the pronunciation and intonation. 2. Read again and summary the key sentences.

2.【Read and Summary】 Ask the students to read the dialogue and find out key sentences for giving advice. 3.【Practice】 Ask the students to work in pairs and talk about the meaning of the key sentences. Have them try to recite the sentences. Step4 Test and Homework 1.【Test】 Have the Ss to complete the sentences. 1.为什么不把错误记在笔记本上? ______write down our mistakes in our notebook? 2. 每天大声拼读新单词是一个好办法。

总结本课重点— 提建议的句子。
