5、Do you like any sports? What sports? What are the benefits of sports? A: Sport is an essential part of our life, because humans need exercise, exercise can make us healthier. So I know many students like sports, for instance, I always see many students playing basketball or badminton on the playground in our university. And are you crazy about sports? B: Certainly, I am a super sports fun, I love watching all kinds of sports competition. C: So CCTV-5 channel is your favorite, isn’t it? B: Sure. And I also pay attention to these games on the internet. You know, network is really convenient. D: Yeah, and which is your favorite sport then? B: In fact, I like football. I think football can bring many benefits to us. First, playing football can be more effective to improve the function of the respiratory system. Further, it can strengthen the leg bones, football is the best sports for training the legs. Last, it can keep a healthy body and make you have a more impossible to achieve a prolong life. E: Ah, that sounds great. But for me, all the movement I will try .But the favorite is running .Running is one of the most simple and interesting exercise. Movement through the most simple goal to achieve fitness .How about you?( 问A) A: Of all type of sport, I like badminton the most. I think it is a easy sport and can make me lose weight, also playing badminton can strengthen friendship. Through play, we can learn from each other, understand each other's character, real friends with the ball, friendship forever. C: That pretty nice, but I like ping pang, which is a widely popular game in China. In my eyes playing table tennis can make the eyeball keep movement, blood circulation. Then, ping pang can exercise the brain. Because table tennis ball is small, fast speed, attack and defense conversion rapidly, technology’s rich variety. And what is your favorite sport? (问D) D:I like basketball the best, I think there are many benefits about basketball. From it, we can improve our teamwork, enhance the collective

sense of honor. Also we can make many friends. What’s more, I can feel relax by playing the game after my study. A:Year, playing sports is one of the favorite activities of most of us. Apart from being a fun activity, sports offer several health benefits. B: That’s right, from their performance, I can learn something important. No matter hoe bad the result is, I will applaud them. What’s more, according to a report from the United Nations Inter-Agency Task Force on Sport for Development and Peace, sports provide an opportunity for young people to develop their bones, heart and lung function, and improve motor skills and coordination. C: I do sympathize with you. In my opinion, sports do not just affect your physical health, but have a positive effect on your mental health as well. Sports can increase self-confidence and self-awareness, reduce depression and anxiety. D: Sports serve as an excellent physical exercise. Those who play sports have a more healthy body than those who do not. Taking part in team and individual sports is a great way to get in shape and help prevent serious illnesses. E: Maybe whatever sports you like most, it aims is all the same, being helpful with our health.
